For more information please visit: Massage Therapist performs therapeutic massages on clients to improve circulation promote relaxation and relieve stress pain and injuries. Working under close supervision this role treats patients by applying pressure to manipulate the bodys soft tissues and joints.

Responsibilities
Applies pressure to specific parts of the body with the hands and fingers to release muscle tension and bring relief from related symptoms.
Discusses patient concerns medical histories and specific stresses or pains to develop the most effective approach to massage treatment.
Develops personalized treatment plans for individual patients that specify massage types treatment areas and treatment frequency.
Refers patients to other professionals and therapists when appropriate and necessary to treat additional symptoms.
Performs other duties as assigned.
