In this vital scheduling and client coordination role youll match caregivers with clients ensuring seamless service and exceptional care.

What Youll Do:

  • Coordinate and assign the bestmatched caregivers to client schedules using scheduling software.
  • Create and maintain weekly caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability.
  • Ensure all shifts are filled promptly including lastminute or emergency coverage.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers regarding schedule changes or shift details.
  • Consider geographic location to minimize caregiver travel time.
  • Ensure caregivers are appropriately credentialed for specific client need
  • Participate in rotating oncall scheduling for afterhours client needs (typically 1 week/month remote).

Youll serve families in the Greater Twin Cities

What Were Looking For:

  • Associate degree in Human Services or related field preferred (not required).
  • Experience in home care healthcare coordination or scheduling is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms.
  • Organized detailoriented and calm under pressure.
  • A genuine desire to help others and grow professionally
