In this vital scheduling and client coordination role youll match caregivers with clients ensuring seamless service and exceptional care.

What Youll Do:
- Coordinate and assign the bestmatched caregivers to client schedules using scheduling software.
- Create and maintain weekly caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability.
- Ensure all shifts are filled promptly including lastminute or emergency coverage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers regarding schedule changes or shift details.
- Consider geographic location to minimize caregiver travel time.
- Ensure caregivers are appropriately credentialed for specific client need
- Participate in rotating oncall scheduling for afterhours client needs (typically 1 week/month remote).
Youll serve families in the Greater Twin Cities

What Were Looking For:
- Associate degree in Human Services or related field preferred (not required).
- Experience in home care healthcare coordination or scheduling is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms.
- Organized detailoriented and calm under pressure.
- A genuine desire to help others and grow professionally
