Job Description
Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements specifically around the Credit Journey (from credit application to approval and disbursement).Analyze and map current business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within the Corporate Banking credit processes.Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and prioritize features enhancements and solutions for the Credit Journey.Ensure all requirements are clearly defined and communicated to development teams ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.Perform data analysis and reporting to support decisionmaking and track progress against business goals Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate Banking with direct exposure to the Credit Journey process.Strong understanding of credit workflows from application to approval and disbursement.Ability to gather and document detailed business requirements including functional specifications.Familiarity with banking systems credit risk assessment and loan management processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross functional teams.Strong problemsolving skills with an analytical approach to business challenges.Experience using Azure boards for requirements management and project tracking.
