Spring EQ is seeking an Office Administrator to join our rapidly growing team. We are searching for a person to be located in and administer a 150person corporate headquarters in the Conshohocken area and coordination for several small offices around the United States.
Responsibilities
- Administrative:
- Manage inventory of office supplies and purchase necessary items for company meetings and office events.
- Provide assistance with related administrative tasks such as preparing meeting materials as needed.
- Answer screen and forward incoming calls and provide information as needed.
- Receive and sort daily USPS and other carrier mail deliveries
- Office Management:
- Maintain the office space including kitchens conference rooms and board room areas.
- Contact vendors and building management for repairs and maintenance requests.
- Maintain vendor relationships.
- Implement cost saving initiatives for vendors and office supplies.
- Team engagement
- Assist with preparation and planning for team engagement activities and company events
- Greet all clients/visitors/job applicants and notify appropriate personnel upon arrival
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
The Basics:
- Minimum high school degree required
- High level of customer service
- Strong phone and inperson presence and communication skills
- Organized detail oriented profile
- 2 years of similar working experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to multitask problem solve and efficiently manage time
- Displayed accountability with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and keeping commitments
- The ideal candidate will have a selfstarter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges
- The ideal candidate will enthusiastically contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
