Apponix Academy is a leading provider of online training and consulting services. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Trainer to join our team and deliver highquality online training programs to our clients.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Trainer to deliver online training programs to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and excellent online training delivery skills.
Responsibilities:
Deliver online Salesforce training programs to clients
Develop and maintain training materials including course outlines student guides and instructor guides
Conduct training needs assessments to identify client requirements
Design and deliver customized training programs to meet client needs
Evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Stay uptodate with new Salesforce features and best practices
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce training or a related field
Strong knowledge of Salesforce including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Excellent online training delivery skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Nice to Have:
Salesforce certification (e.g. Administrator Developer)
Experience with Salesforce Trailhead
Knowledge of other CRM systems
Experience with online learning platforms and tools
