Job Description
We are the McGrath City Honda Family! We are looking to hire an entrylevel express lube technician. TheExpress Lube Technicianat McGrath Honda is responsible for providing basic automotive services to all customers coming into the Service Center. This position is responsible for performing oil changes tire rotations fluid level inspections and minor maintenance routines. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills a passion for cars and automotive repair and must possess a valid drivers license with a good accountability and punctuality record.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role is a fulltime hourly position. The hourly rate $16.50 to $19.00 per hour) is negotiable depending on experience and certifications. Additional benefits include paid vacation medical dental and life insurance 401k and other opportunities for additional hours.

Responsibilities :
- Perform fluid replacements and inspections
- Check and adjust tire pressure
- Perform oil changes and filter replacements
- Perform Vehicle MultiPoint Inspections
- Clean work areas and ensure general maintenance of work equipment
- Maintain accurate records of customer vehicle information
- Provide courteous friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Assist managers and other technicians as needed
- Use machine tools and power tools and have common hand tools to perform various tasks
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy whenserving vehicles
Requirements:
- Automotive service skills & experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Good problemsolving and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Valid drivers license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
