Job Description
The Undergraduate Program is looking for an adjunct faculty to teach Cyber Security courses. Students will be taught about the basic concepts of Networking and Cyber Security. Topics covered will include: Routing and Switching Domain Name System DNS Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol DHCP Static IP Virtualization Cloud Computing Wireless Access Point Management Cloud Infrastructure an overview of different types of Cyber Attacks and secure system design.
Required Qualifications
Handson experience in Networking Network Security or Cyber Security Experience working with Commercial Switches Routers Wireless Access Points (AP) Wireless Network/AP Controllers and Linux Servers. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
Preferred Qualifications
CCNA /Comptia Network/Comptia Security/Comptia Server Certified Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field
