Job Description

HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW

Oversee & Support Trade Compliance business unit functions Mostly Exports some imports in the Douglas GA area. Selfcontributor role. Will assist with relo!

EXPECTATIONS

Oversee &Support the local Business Unit Mostly Exports some imports

Full responsibility to support/guide/audit all Compliance Trade Issues within multiple business units

File ITAR licenses (DSPs TAA MLAs)

Consult with Counsel on necessary TC matters

Responsible for all proper procedures/training/oversight of export licensing where needed

Strong leadership/managerial skills

Work with all Government & State agencies

Procedures/manuals/training

ESSENTIALS

Bachelors Degree highly preferred or equivalent experience

Current managerial skills/leadership overseeing a Compliance group (selfcontributor role)

Experience in corporate trade compliance North America a plus!

ITAR licensing required

Auditing experience

Experience with Govt & State agencies CBP BIS OFAC

Extensive experience in Microsoft applications

Willing to travel if necessary
