Job Description
- Competitive salary
- Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on exercises techniques and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising physical therapist.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and patient documentation.
- Ensure a clean and organized therapy environment.
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Massachusetts.
- Experience in outpatient or inpatient physical therapy settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
