Job Description
Mission of the Position
If youre passionate about building and improving products and services this role is for you. This role
is for someone who is truly excited about how products can be made and scaled as well as
somebody who is obsessed with customer happiness as a key metric.
We are looking for bright intelligent & upbeat individuals who would love the excitement of a startup
environment. Wed love for you to join us as an Product Marketing Associate to drive mobile app
installs user acquisition and app usage for our users located all over India
Key Responsibilities
Create & execute an overall growth strategy for the app for user acquisition & retention.
Plan gotomarket initiatives for the product and features partnering closely with
engineering and content team.
Create content strategy and develop innovative marketing campaigns across channels with a
drumbeat of highimpact content to drive awareness and understanding of the product which
further results in user acquisition.
Collaborate with content and design team to create marketing content for the campaigns.
Undertake Appstore Optimisation (ASO) including keywords screenshots preview video
reviews and everything else that impacts the appstore presence.
Optimizing campaigns to reach the target return on investment (ROI).
Audit the app and suggest improvements in onboarding or monetisation strategy to improve
inapp conversion rates
Make analytics and data driven decisions to optimize acquisition & retention strategy (funnel
improvement Inapp engagement LTV etc.
Prepare and study weekly performance reports with all internal stakeholders along with
analysis of past performance and strategy going forward.
Support efforts to validate future product and feature concepts through customer interviews
research and analysis of user data
Required Skills & Competencies
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Marketing or related field
At least 12 years of relevant experience in digital/app marketing and product management.
Experience in running marketing campaigns on various channels like Email Whatsapp SMS
phone calls using digital tools.
A good understanding of apps the appstore and playstore ecosystem.
An analytical bent of mind and data driven attitude. We are looking for someone who can
crunch numbers and find answers and patterns. Hence data analysis and comfort with
numbers is an important requirement for the job.
A keen sense of design is essential. The incumbent should be able to visualize modern
creative designs and get them executed by the inhouse designers
Personality Skills you should possess
A passion for mobile apps and digital marketing is a must for the job
High level of ownership and a gogetter attitude. At Studio Mosaic we encourage you to be
