Job Description
- Experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation
- Must be a Lawyer LLB/LLM Registered with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry with a technical background.B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech/Ph. D Any domain Mechanical Electrical Electronics Telecommunications Software Robotics AIML Pharmaceuticals Chemistry Medical Biotechnology). PlusL.L.B./ L.L.M.
- Experience 4 10 years of Patent Law experience.
- This is a fulltime role with a leading Delhi based IPR Firm at their Chennai Office.
Our Client is a comprehensive Intellectual Property law firm that extends IP and Legal services to global corporations research institutions technologydriven industries and government entities in India and assists Indian businesses in procuring and protecting Intellectual Property Rights worldwide.
