A Blanks Coordinator at MTC is responsible for blanks management including quality inventory and recycle. You will collaborate with vendors on quality issues work with the production team to maintain and optimize inventories and work with vendors for blanks recycle or disposition. The MTC Blanks Coordinator is also responsible for leading blanks quality and efficiency projects and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Blanks Inventory Control:

  • Optimize inventory for blanks ready to start and blanks ready to merge
  • Support optimization of the dispatch viewer
  • Improve reuse and cost control
  • Manage s and recycle programs with vendors
  • Discover opportunities for blank processing and duplication improvements
  • Handle blanks related supplies such as pods
  • Support other materials management efforts

Blanks Quality:

  • Identify quality gaps and work with leadership and vendors to mitigate
  • Engage on quality issues with the vendors
  • View and understand vendors defect maps
  • View and understand Magics & Flashscan images
  • Well versed in all metrics for blanks quality

Safety:

  • Creates and maintains a safe work environment; identifies and reports hazards
  • Consistently supports established safety and quality processes
  • Participates in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) actions
  • Contributes to continuous improvement and problem solving efforts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in reticle/semiconductor manufacturing
  • Proven data science/analysis skills
  • Proven track record to work independently
  • Strong communication/presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL and Tableau report building skills
  • Sophisticated knowledge of the MTC manufacturing flow
  • Proven ability to organize and lead teams
  • Project management training
