Put your extraordinary supervisory and technical skills to work as a Lead Veterinary Technician for a bold and progressive new veterinary company.
The preferred candidate will have at least 1 year of leadership experience a licensed/registered technician at least 3 years of veterinary technical experience and a flexible/open work schedule.
Some of the duties of the Lead Veterinary Technician include:
Maintaining a Positive work environment
Managing other technicians
Training technicians and concierge team members
Following and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures
Making work schedules
Attending meetings
Reviewing staff time sheets
Troubleshooting repairs
Inventory and ordering
Hiring of employees
Staff evaluations
Superior communication skills and a fairminded disposition are necessary for this role.
