SALES VALUER / LISTER (PART TIME) Residential Estate Agency
Location: Poole BH15
Salary: OTE: 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Are you wellpresented and well spoken articulate and energetic with a strong background and track record in sales
If this sounds like you and you are based within reach of the Poole area we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Valuer / Lister with a premium local estate agency on a part time basis.
If you are currently a Senior Negotiator / Lister ready to take the next step in your property career then this is your opportunity!
The ideal candidate for this position will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Estate Agency industry a great personal track record of success and of winning instructions and the ambition to want to be successful.
You will be assisting in ensuring the Branch hits targets is profitable wins new business and retains current clients.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Valuer Lister (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Previous experience in residential sales
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license
- Local knowledge of the Poole area is preferred
