Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Operations Manager Property Management to lead and optimize our property management operations. This highimpact role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency managing team performance ensuring regulatory compliance and handling highlevel escalations.
While direct experience in property management is preferred we are open to candidates with strong operations leadership backgrounds in related industries who can bring processdriven thinking and strong team management skills to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency reduce costs and support company growth.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of 16 property management professionals fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows implement operational policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for highlevel tenant owner and vendor issues ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Portfolio Growth: Identify and support opportunities to expand the property portfolio and drive revenue.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws ADA Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor KPIs review financial reports and ensure the team meets revenue and profitability goals.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- 5 years of operations and management experience preferably in property management or a related industry.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex escalations involving tenants owners and regulatory bodies.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
- Datadriven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and managing budgets.
- Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio is a plus but not required.
