Job Description
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or Older
- Must have General Liability Insurance
- Be able to pass a background check
- Be friendly respectful and punctual
- must have own equipment/tools
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Light electrical work
- Complete general carpentry tasks such as painting drywall repair and various tasks
- Light plumbing
- Turn property into rentready
- Landscaping
- Be able to repair equipment and machinery such as carpet cleaners lawnmowers etc...
- Proven experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
