Fremont Family Medicine is looking for a Physician to join their busy practice caring for patients across the generational spectrum. Practice currently has 7 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers.
Teambased care is supplemented with social work behavioral health pharmacy care managers medical assistants working onetoone with the physicians. Large practice population located steps from Gerber Hospital with full laboratory radiology PT/OT and specialty and surgical services.

Qualifications
Required Bachelors Degree
BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine

CRTDEA Registration STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
