Job Description
A corporate law firm seeks a qualified trademark paralegal for their Raleigh NC office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Recent law firm experience as a trademark paralegal.
- Trademark prosecution and trademark clearance searches.
- Paralegal certificate and/or college degree: Bachelors degree is preferable.
- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Computer skills to include MS Word Excel and the ability and willingness to learn specialized software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously set priorities and accommodate rush requests.
- Must be a team player willing to help other team members during peak times.
- Superior computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills.
- 7 years of trademark experience.
- Experience with preparation and prosecution of trademark application and maintenance preferred.
- Experience with trademark databases and trademark trial.
