Pharmacist
Our client has been serving their community for over one hundred years and is one of the largest major public health systems. We are looking for qualified Pharmacists who want to make a difference in their community. We have multiple opportunities available.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation dispensing and monitoring of medications used throughout the facility. The pharmacist is expected to sustain an environment for the safe rational effective and efficient use of medications prescribed to patients of all age groups
- Expected job responsibilities include performing admission and discharge medication reconciliation on highrisk and Medicare/Medicaid patients ensure followup care is addressed and appropriate referrals and services are arranged and deliver medicationrelated education to patients and caregivers on highrisk and highcost medications
- Responsible for the direct supervision of technical support personnel
Requirements:
- 2 years of Relevant Experience
- Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy
- PGY1 Residency Preferred
- Currently Licensed in the State of Florida as a Pharmacist or Willingness to Obtain Prior to Relocating.
- Schedule Varies Based on Location Inpatient/Outpatient etc. 1st 2nd and 3rd Shift Available)
