Physical Therapy Assistant
Part Time
$10000 for Student Loan Repayments
As a PTA at NW Oro Valley youll play a vital role in doing what you do best providing quality care to our patients. Our Rehab staff enjoy a robust benefits package including health insurance 401K flexible scheduling 100 licensure/certification reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement and up to 10K for student loan payments.
This is an Outpatient position working with a variety of orthopedic neurological and various other medical diagnosis. There also may be occasion to assist at our front desk when front desk staff is on vacation or extra help is needed.
Requirements:
- Associates degree from an accredited program and licensure as a physical therapist assistant
- bachelors degree preferred.
- Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
About the Job:
- Assists a Physical Therapist with a patients rehabilitative activities to help reduce pain and improve mobility.
- Assists in exercise instruction and demonstration patient evaluation and testing.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A limited degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a physical therapist.
