Job Summary:

At Senior Helpers were seeking dedicated and observant registered nurses to serve as vital supervisory specialists. In this role you will be the eyes and ears ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of care in their homes. Youll use your clinical expertise and observational skills to conduct essential supervisory visits directly contributing to the safety comfort and overall wellbeing of our clients. This is an opportunity to utilize your RN license in a meaningful way providing crucial oversight and support within a flexible communitybased setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular and thorough supervisory visits to clients homes throughout the North Denver area.
• Observe and assess the quality of care being provided by caregivers ensuring adherence to established care plans and best practices.
• Evaluate the clients overall wellbeing including their physical emotional and environmental conditions.
• Identify any potential concerns related to client safety neglect or mistreatment and take appropriate action according to company policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients caregivers and the Senior Helpers office regarding observations recommendations and any necessary adjustments to the care plan.
• Document all supervisory visit findings accurately and comprehensively in client records.
• Provide guidance and support to caregivers as needed reinforcing proper care techniques and protocols.
• Serve as a crucial link between the client their family the caregiver and the Senior Helpers team ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the clients quality of life and the effectiveness of the care being provided.
• Travel to various client homes within the Denver Metro Area on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and valid license in the State of Colorado.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable vehicle with current automobile insurance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion for individuals in need of care.
• Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $45.00 per hour
