We are seeking a highly organized and resultsdriven Migration Manager to lead and execute largescale migration projects within the B2B Migration Team. This role is critical in managing transitions driven by endoflife purposes and More4More initiatives ensuring a seamless experience for customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to deliver successful migration outcomes.
Tasks:
- Project Leadership: Develop and execute migration plans including timelines milestones and business cases to support endoflife transitions and More4More initiatives
- Coordination & Readiness: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product IT customer care) to ensure system process and resource readiness for migrations
- Customer Communication: Design and implement communication strategies tailored to customer needs ensuring clarity and minimizing disruption during migrations
- Team Enablement: Provide necessary training and documentation to teams involved in migration activities for seamless
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in migration projects proactively implementing corrective actions when needed
- Performance Tracking: Monitor migration progress addressing roadblocks and reporting detailed updates to stakeholders
- PostMigration Evaluation: Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes document lessons learned and recommend improvements for future initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management IT or a related field; MBA or certifications like PMP PRINCE2 or Agile preferred
- 5 years in project or migration management ideally in a B2B or telecom environment with experience in endoflife transitions or largescale upgrades
- Expertise in managing largescale crossfunctional projects with a strong focus on timelines deliverables and risk mitigation
- Skilled in using project management tools data analysis platforms and understanding of data migration tools and processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence diverse stakeholders and foster team alignment
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to evolving project requirements and challenges
- Strong understanding of customer needs telecom B2B products services and lifecycle management
- Fluency in German and English (French/Italian is a plus)
