Material Handler in Canonsburg PA
Pay: $1725/hr.
Schedule: 1st shift (MonThurs 6am4pm); 3rd Shift (MonThurs 8pm6am); Weekend Days (FriSun 6am6pm);Weekend Nights (FriSun 6pm6am)
For Weekend Day Shift: Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours

Job Description:
A Material Handlerwill be responsible for manually moving goods around warehouses or other industrial sites. In addition to loading and unloading deliveries from trucks and placing products in the designated locations.
Position Requirements:
- Manually maneuvering and using a forklift to safely move goods around the warehouse
- 3 years Forklift experience
- Stacking and unstacking goods onto shelves or pallets
- Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport
- Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas
- Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages and reporting if needed
- Wrapping pallets to prepare goods for transport
- Keeping up to date on any safety regulations as well as forklift operating procedures
- Consolidating pallets as needed
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently with some direction
- Able to read and comprehend written instructions
- Able to perform simple math operations (addition subtraction multiplication and division)
- Basic computer/keyboarding skills
- Comfortable in a fastpaced environment
- Stand sit walk push pull twist and bend to the floor for the duration of a work period
- Lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment up to 50 pounds
- Must have positive communication and interpersonal skills
Education Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
