Overview
Membership Sales Associate
PRN/OCC Variable Hours & Shifts
Must be available evenings weekends and holidays.

Covenant Health Fitness Center is not just Knoxvilles best gym it is a 5star health club. The facility offers a wide variety of group fitness classes indoor and outdoor tennis heated indoor and outdoor pool pickleball racquetball Squash childcare basketball court in addition to a full selection of strength and cardio equipment.
Covenant Health Fitness Center is the only Tennessee Quality awardwinning fitness facility in the state. With fivestar amenities extensive classes programs for all ages of the family and The Day Spa we truly are Knoxvilles best Health and Fitness Center.
In addition to the amenities found throughout the gym our programs include aquatics racquet sports youth classes individual training opportunities Weight Management program Small Group Training virtual fitness and group fitness. Our group fitness classes range from kickboxing and cardio classes to indoor cycling and mind/body wellness. Strength training options include resistance equipment free weights and body sculpting classes.

Position Summary:
Responsible for membership sales for Health and Fitness Center membership

Responsibilities
- Achieves monthly team membership sales goals. These goals include: exceeding monthly sales number reducing attrition and exceeding member satisfaction targets.
- Accurately completes all documentation for membership sales and submit all paperwork within required timelines.
- Conducts comprehensive professional and knowledgeable tours of the Health and Fitness Center for prospective members and guests.
- Remains updated on the center programs facilities equipment staff policies and pricing at all times.
- Coordinates the orientation of new members by scheduling orientations and fittesting and assisting new members with obtaining class and program schedules.
- Follows policies procedures and safety standards. Works toward achieving goals and objectives and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job typically such as would be equivalent to a high school diploma or GED. Preference may be given to individuals possessing a Bachelors degree in a directlyrelated field from an accredited college or university.
