Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition Focus on Recruitment & Staffing Services:
Client Management RecruitmentCentric Relationships:
- Postonboarding maintain and manage strong relationships with key decisionmakers and hiring managers ensuring their recruitment needs are continuously met.
Business Growth Expanding Client Base in Recruitment & Staffing:- Drive the acquisition of new clients by identifying and targeting hiring managers and decisionmakers within potential client organizations.
- Develop strategies to grow the business by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients through research networking and leveraging market insights.
- Implement targeted marketing campaigns designed to raise awareness of The Search Houses recruitment and staffing services within key market segments.
Relationship Building Building Trust with Hiring Managers & Decision Makers:
- Build longterm trusted relationships with hiring managers HR leaders and key decisionmakers positioning The Search House as their goto recruitment partner.
- Anticipate client hiring needs offering proactive recruitment solutions that deliver immediate value to their talent acquisition strategy.
- Foster strong relationships based on transparent communication reliability and a deep understanding of client requirements.
Meeting Targets Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Achieve business development targets focusing on new client acquisition revenue growth and retention within the recruitment and staffing sector.
- Track performance against key metrics such as client acquisition revenue generation and retention rates and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.
Record Keeping RecruitmentDriven Data Management:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions follow ups requiredensuring data is organized and accessible for decisionmaking.
- Maintain comprehensive information to support effective recruitment strategies and client service and generate revenue.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development with a focus on client acquisition and management within the recruitment staffing or HR services industry.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to engage and acquire decisionmakers hiring managers and seniorlevel stakeholders within client organizations.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills tailored to recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Experience with CRM software and datadriven sales tracking.
- Indepth knowledge of recruitment processes talent acquisition and staffing needs across various industries.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with recruitment technology ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools.
- Established network within the recruitment industry or relevant sectors.
- Knowledge of the recruitment landscape in your city and key hiring trends is a plus.
