Your Role:
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve overall performance.
- Troubleshoot and refine production workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and maximize throughput.
- Support automation and lean manufacturing initiatives driving continuous improvement across operations.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations safety standards and quality control requirements.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with product development quality assurance and operations teams to implement best practices.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- 3 years of handson experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD SolidWorks etc. for designing and analyzing manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and efficiency optimization.
