Job Description
The Wake Forest Health Network Nephrology Premier practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nephrologist to join our growing communitybased practice in High Point North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to provide highquality patientcentered care for individuals with a wide range of kidneyrelated conditions including chronic kidney disease hypertension dialysis management and electrolyte disorders. Our practice offers access to advanced treatment options a collaborative team environment and strong multidisciplinary support. Whether you are an experienced physician or a recent fellow this position provides the perfect balance of clinical excellence professional growth and worklife balance in a welcoming community setting.
Highlights:
- This is a 100 outpatient care role with fulltime providers working 36 patientfacing hours and 4 administrative hours.
- Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with no inpatient responsibilities and limited shared oncall coverage.
- Patient Population: Diverse range of patients managing acute and chronic kidney conditions.
- Youll have the advantage of strong and wellestablished community relationships and excellent administrative support.
Physician Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school as an M.D./D.O.
- Successful completion of residency and at an accredited healthcare institution.
- Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License as a current M.D./D.O.
- Board certification in Nephrology from said residency.
- Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration for prescription writing required.
