Job Description :The roles and responsibilities will be majorly oriented with reference to following areas:- Office Administration including maintaining Account data
- Excellent with MS Office and other IT softwa
- Query handling and prompt response via telephonic and email
- Data Entry work
- Managing daily calls and delivering regular messages as and when received
- Administer adjust and change contact details in the database coming in via various communication channels
- Follow up on Membership Renewal from the registered members
- Maintaining files to keep track of important documents
- Preparation daily/ weekly reports for departments as per the standard formats.
- Engage actively and work in collaboration with Industry Volunteers for various event management
Skills Required : Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Computer applications especially MS Excel PPT- Excellent Langauage proficiency in English
