Role Overview: The Inside Sales Executives will be responsible for driving sales through telesales activities managing customer relationships generating new sales leads promoting products and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Telesales Duties:
Outbound Telesales: Actively generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls emails and other communication channels to convert prospects into customers.
Inbound Telesales: Handle incoming customer inquiries provide information answer questions and resolve issues to convert inquiries into sales.
Promote and sell Lithiumion batteries focusing on the EV segment including Electric Rickshaw manufacturers.
Maintain and update customer profiles in CRM ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders aiming for longterm partnerships.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute telesales strategies and customer engagement plans.
Maintain sales reports to analyze trends identify opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Conduct followup calls to ensure customer satisfaction foster longterm relationships and identify upsell or crosssell opportunities.
Ensure consistent achievement of daily weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas through effective telesales efforts.
Market & Product Promotion:
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential customers within the manufacturing or energy sectors.
Work closely with the sales team to develop compelling sales scripts strategies and presentations to engage customers effectively.
Manage and track all sales activities ensuring proper documentation and reporting of calls leads and customer interactions.
Drive campaigns or promotions via telesales to boost sales and customer acquisition.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Any Graduate Any Post Graduate
Experience: 23 years of experience in telesales inside sales or customer relationship management preferably in the manufacturing energy or technology sectors.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record in achieving sales targets with strong telesales and negotiation skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction relationship building and solutionoriented service.
Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple sales activities prioritize effectively and maintain a high level of detail.
