Matchwell is hiring Med Surg/Tele Registered Nurses for a highly regarded hospital in Quincy IL! See below for full details and benefits.
Hourly rate: $70/hr
Schedule: 13week contract nights 36 hrs/wk
Position Requirements:
- Current and active IL RN license
- 2 years Med Surg/telemetry experience
- American Heart BLS
- NIHSS Strok certification
- Required health records
- Background and Drug Screening
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver scheduled medications to patients in accordance with care plan under direction of nursing and medical care staff.
- Accurately record administration of medications in patient charts.
- Observe record and report to care team any symptoms or conditions that could be related to administered medications.
- Other Duties as assigned.
