Job Description

You must be a graduate student pursuing a full time MBA with an anticipated graduation date in 2021. Corporate finance concentration is preferred.A minimum of5 years of full time business experience is required. Leadership capabilities demonstrated through extracurricular activities employment and/or internship experiences is required. Must have permanent work authorization in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship nowor in the future (no visa status).

The Finance MBA Leadership Development Program (LDP) Intern will be responsible for completing project(s) that deal with strategic business initiatives. These project(s) will provide exposure to top management and multiple functional areas. Assignments can be in a variety of areas such as sales and marketing supply chain research & development or corporate finance. Interns will be expected to demonstrate decisionmaking project management and data analysis skills. The ability to work independently is required. Strong problem solving organizational communication and analytical skills are essential. Interns may participate in organized activities i.e. plant tours local community service projects and lunch & learn sessions to understand the company culture and career opportunities.
