Join a Leading Independent Firm of Chartered Accountants as an Accounts Senior in Portsmouth
TPF Recruitment is collaborating with a premier independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Portsmouth to find a talented Accounts Senior to join their dynamic and expanding team.
About the Role:
Our client seeks individuals who are creative ambitious curious passionate trustworthy and articulate. For them accounting goes beyond number crunching; it involves engaging with clients identifying opportunities to enhance their profits and guiding them toward success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide topnotch accounts support as an Accounts Senior.
- Proactively nurture existing client relationships and develop new ones.
- Perform a variety of accounting tasks including preparing accounts business tax returns selfassessments and VAT returns.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with Managers about assignment timelines and deliverables.
- Work collaboratively within a closeknit team environment.
- Participate in training courses to ensure professional competence aligns with CPE requirements.
Requirements
- ACCA or ACAqualified.
- Relevant practical experience within an Accountancy Practice.
- Proficiency in various software packages.
- Driven inquisitive and passionate about your work with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Organized enthusiastic and selfmotivated.
- Experience with cloud accounting software and knowledge of payroll and company secretarial matters is advantageous but not essential.
