You have completed a BS in Engineering Science Business or comparable experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a related role for at least 7years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

Your Opportunity

This fulltime role is about making an impact on peoples lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Sales Manager at Framatome you will be part of the proven team in the Engineering Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. This business line includes experts in the following engineering disciplines: stress analysis civil/structural analysis materials fracture mechanics thermalhydraulics riskinformed electrical/I&C and modification package generation. The business supports the commercial nuclear fleet in the US and abroad the burgeoning Small Modular Reactor/Advanced Reactor market and the US DOE. Under broad supervision you will manage the companys strategic marketing and business development activities for products clients and/or services for the assigned product line/portfolio. This position defines and develops new product/sales opportunities to meet customer needs and makes sales presentations to generate new business. Additionally you will prepare business strategy proposals to senior management for market opportunities based on market trends and forecasting. Your work will include:

  • Development and implementation of sales and/or marketing strategies.
  • Ownership of opportunities from cradle to grave (identification capture planning proposal preparation customer followup contracting turnover).
  • Serving as the primary interface for products services and clients for the assigned product line/portfolio.
  • Responsibility for committed Product Line/portfolio order intake and asbid marginoncontract annually.
  • Understanding customer needs and proposing product applications and solutions to satisfy them.
  • Making presentations to customers and negotiation of contracts (Scope of work purchase order language terms and conditions etc.
  • Recommending process changes to improve health and/or productivity of the team.
  • Developing and maintain customer relationships.
  • Preparing economic scenarios to help top management challenge and validate key business decisions.
  • Communication of information so that all business stakeholders develop a level of competency and performance in line with customer requirements.
  • Managing estimates proposal development and facilitating contract amendments so that each deal meets the targeted level of profit margin.
  • Utilizing CRM (appointment with clients reporting presentation opportunity follow up information sharing with management and product manager).

The range of base salary for the position is between $97000 $131000 and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
