Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Reservation Executive to join our team atPremier hotelUttarakhand. If you are passionate about providing excellent guest experiences and have strong leadership skills we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee reservation operations and ensure a smooth guest booking process.
Respond to guest feedback and work towards enhancing their experience.
Lead and manage a team of reservation staff ensuring efficiency.
Ensure effective communication with both guests and internal teams.
Requirements:
Prior reservations leadership experience in a 30 bedroom 4/5star hotel/resort.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management.
Excellent communication skills and a positive leadership style.
A passion for guest service and experience enhancement.
Team player with a willingness to relocate as per company needs.
Salary: 35000/month Accommodation & Food
Location: Uttarakhand
Interview Process: 3 rounds
