Overview:

We are seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to support and enhance the efficiency of our legal department through technology management workflow optimization and operational excellence. This role will serve as the backbone of legal operations ensuring seamless matter management legal request intake billing oversight and knowledge management.

The ideal candidate is highly organized detailoriented and techsavvy with experience in legal technology vendor management and process automation. This role will work closely with attorneys and crossfunctional teams to improve



Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in legal operations legal technology administration or corporate legal support.
  • Strong proficiency in legal tech platforms such as Brightflag SharePoint or similar tools.
  • Experience in matter management vendor relations and legal spend tracking.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve legal processes and reporting.
  • Strong organizational problemsolving and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced corporate legal environment preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Technology & Systems Administration

  • Act as the administrator for legal technology platforms including matter management billing systems intake and document repositories.
  • Maintain and optimize legal SharePoint sites dashboards and centralized knowledge management systems.
  • Ensure platform integrations between legal tools and companywide systems (e.g. finance compliance procurement).
  • Manage user access permissions and security compliance across legal systems.
  • Provide training troubleshooting and support for legal technology users.

Legal Operations & Workflow Optimization

  • Oversee legal matter intake and triage ensuring timely review and assignment of legal requests.
  • Implement process automation to improve efficiency in contract workflows legal approvals and request tracking.
  • Standardize best practices for legal department procedures enhancing consistency in legal service delivery.
  • Maintain legal department documentation including templates policies and reference materials.

Vendor & Financial Management

  • Support outside counsel management including billing oversight rate negotiations and performance tracking.
  • Manage legal spend tracking and budget reporting ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with billing guidelines.
  • Develop legal spend reports and analytics providing insights into cost efficiencies and trends for leadership.
  • Assist in forecasting and budget planning for legal department expenses.

Legal Inbox & Intake Coordination

  • Oversee the legal inbox and request intake process ensuring timely triage tracking and resolution of inquiries.
  • Develop efficient intake tracking systems to prioritize and streamline legal support requests.
  • Act as a liaison between legal and business teams ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate attorneys.

Data & Reporting for Legal Team

  • Build and maintain legal department dashboards and analytics tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and bottlenecks improving legal operations and decisionmaking.
  • Support metricsdriven initiatives to enhance workload distribution vendor management and contract efficiency.

Compliance & Knowledge Management

  • Ensure legal templates policies and contracts are uptodate easily accessible and aligned with compliance standards.
  • Assist in compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and manage selfservice legal resources and training materials for internal teams.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on jobrelated knowledge skills and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
