Stream is looking for a highly motivated and skilled SDR Manager to support our global SDR team. This will be a hybrid role based in our Boulder Colorado office. Stream is the industry leader in the in app chat & feeds market providing engagement features for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Whether its working out with Peloton or Strava gaming with the likes of EA Sports or intimacy apps like Match Group theres a high likelihood that you have used or are using Streams APIs. The SDR Manager is responsible for leading and developing a highperforming team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) driving pipeline generation and refining outbound sales strategies. This role involves developing and enforcing enablement content mentoring and managing the SDRs optimizing prospecting efforts and ensuring the team effectively qualifies and nurtures leads to support the sales pipeline. Your focus will be on scaling outbound efforts improving conversion rates and aligning SDR initiatives to ensure our pipeline consistently meets our growth goals.
Job Responsibilities
Enable Manage and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed their pipeline generation targets.
Organize refine and implement efficient sales development processes.
Hold team members accountable for performance metrics and drive consistent results.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Review calls and provide coaching best practices
Assess and learn new sales and marketing technologies (SFDC SalesLoft HubSpot LeadIQ ZoomInfo Gong etc) to streamline workflows and enhance team capabilities.
Work with sales and marketing leadership to align SDR strategy with overall business objectives.
Lead weekly team meetings & call coaching sessions prioritizing objectives for your team.
Define the quarterly goals for the team and track and communicate progress to drive consistent performance week over week
Continue to grow the team through recruiting onboarding and training new SDRs
Partner with Marketing on Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and to ensure and integrated approach to our outreach
Become an integral part of the Sales Leadership at Stream
You have
5 years experience in managing SDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment preferably selling to Enterprise accounts and technical audiences
Adept at assessing and learning new sales and marketing technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Possess an infectious passion for Sales Development
Ability knowledge and hunger to step in as playercoach on a daily basis that includes tactical management of reps outbound calls & shadows and superior knowledge in SFDC operations
Highly analytical and organized with a strong ability to leverage data for decisionmaking
You are a power SFDC user experience with SalesLoft or Gong is a plus.
Highly selfmotivated and results driven.
Familiarity with the API/SDK space is a bonus but not a necessity

Salary (for Colorado only): Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidates skills level of experience and location. For Coloradobased candidates the salary range for this position is an OTE of 150k. Compensation at all other locations will be based on the factors as stated above.
