Job Description

Field Service Manager oversees and directs service teams providing onsite support and technical assistance managing field operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient scheduling quality service delivery and effective team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Hiring training and motivating field service technicians.
    • Assigning territories schedules and resources to staff.
    • Monitoring team performance providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Field Operations Management:
    • Coordinating and scheduling field service activities including installations repairs and maintenance.
    • Managing work orders inventory and equipment.
    • Ensuring timely and efficient completion of service tasks.
    • Tracking and reporting on field service activities and performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Serving as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service issues.
    • Addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensuring that all service work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
    • Conducting quality checks and gathering customer feedback.
    • Implementing and refining service protocols.
  • Problem Solving:
