Minimum Requirements

• Over the age of 18 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED
• Possess a valid active instate regular drivers license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses)
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5years as an active driver

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customerfocused mindset. You know how to deescalate difficult situations and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fastpaced environment.

You are wellspoken professional and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.

You are over the age of 18 possess a valid state drivers license with a clean driving record and havethe physical stamina to stand walk and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Our Hospitality and Valet Team is the first and last impression for patients and guests during their hospital visit which positions them to make a huge impact daily! This team understands that people come firstas they strive tobe the embodiment of customer service while interacting with patients guests and hospital staff: Welcoming people and going above and beyond while assisting with additional services such as unloading/loading of vehicles assisting with mobility challenges and even offering wheelchair / escort services as needed; is just a small part of what this team does to elevate the patient experience!

Job Responsibilities

• Greet patients visitors and staff with a consistently warm friendly demeanor showingcompassion and empathy to everyone you interact with.
• Provide exceptional Valet services ensuring the safety and security of people and their belongings.
• Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthens the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
• Assist individuals with mobility challenges offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
• Meticulously maintain records including photos of vehicle condition and other records as needed.
• Efficiently manage parking logistics adhering to all site requirements and abiding by all traffic laws.
• Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Over the age of 18 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED required
• Possess a valid active instate regular drivers license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses)
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5years as an active driver
• Work with professionalism integrity and compassion supporting your team and together represent Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility.
• Workwell independently and as part of a team
• Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software that may have to be applied to the daily tasks for this role.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment paying attention to surroundings and details.
• Work in a stationary position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment.
• Move with urgency and speed.
• Safely and physically able to lift upwards of 50 lbs.
• Effectively build relationships with hospital staff patients guests and team.
• Must be able to speak read and write Standard English (Bilingual not required but a plus!
• This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe cold weather rain sleet snow and other inclement weather.
• Physical involvement will include walking standing pushing and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patients vehicle all while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Base pay of $14/hour plus tips
