ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Ensure proper packaging material is available to match production schedule
- Inspect product for quality defects
- Package product according to specifications
- Stack fully packaged product on pallets and wrap full pallets according to specifications and identify with proper ticket
- Communicate packaging and quality problems to leadership
- Count weigh and report s
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures
- Ensure work area is clean and orderly
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (complete cGMP SOP training email use)
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Repetitively lift 35 lbs. 50 lbs.
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Strong time management teamwork problem solving and organization skills
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
- with internal staff and management.
- Available to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year machine operator experience
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- FDA Experience
- Certified Production Technician through NCMI
- Technical and/or system knowledge level (basic intermediate advanced mastery).
