Role: User Experience Administrator

Location: Hybrid 1 day per week at our Fort Dunlop offices B24 9FD (usually a Tuesday)
Salary:Per annum Excellent Benefits after the salary
Contract Type: Full Time 12month FTC

ICA part of the Wilmington plc are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.

We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented individual who is passionate about enhancing user experiences within digital learning platforms.

You will play a key role in providing technical support troubleshooting issues and ensuring that content on our LMS is of high quality and accessible to all users.

Job purpose tasks and responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to all users ensuring they receive prompt responses to any system functionality or access issues via live chat and phone calls.
  • Supporting the UX Manager with the build and maintenance of all digital learning content held on the LMS ensuring learning content is available for commencement dates with appropriate user restrictions.
  • Working closely with the UX Manager to develop and test new compelling LMS learning solutions measuring accessibility and effectiveness of activity shaped by user feedback.
  • Assisting with user and audience permissions/roles and access to the LMS.
  • Ensuring that content and assessments held on the learning platform are routinely updated of high quality achieving learning goals and relevant for the intended audience.
  • Supporting the build of multilanguage course pages and bespoke customised learning on LMS as requested.
  • Supporting any sitewide update installations or maintenance as required.
  • Maintaining the teams KPI and SLAs and demonstrating a commitment to continuously improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Being involved in further insight projects relating to new product launches and existing programmes.
  • Supporting the UX Manager with any ad hoc tasks and requirements as and when they arise.

You will also work closely with various departments including Project Product and Operations teams allowing you to collaborate and build strong professional relationships across the organisation.

Balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining highquality work can be challenging. The ability to prioritise effectively and stay organised is key to succeeding in this role especially when managing competing demands and working within tight timeframes.

What Were Looking For

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Strong organisational skills and a disciplined approach to problemsolving.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and cope with conflicting demands.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written with the ability to listen and take instruction as well as give instruction when necessary.
  • A keen eye for detail with consistent accuracy in work.

To be successful in this role it would be great if you have:

  • Experience working with Excel and Word.
  • LMS experience.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce Administrate JIRA OKTA and Tatara.
