We are seeking a full time skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing Vascular & Interventional Radiology (VIR) team. The VIR team performs a wide range of vascular and nonvascular procedures has learners at many levels and has robust annual clinical growth. Our APPs play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures. This includes performing and assisting in procedures assessing clinic patients inpatient consultation/followup and obtaining patient consents.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform interventional radiology procedures under the supervision of a physician.

Meeting with and assessing interventional radiology clinic patients.

Obtain informed consents from patients for various procedures.

Conduct inpatient consults and followup visits.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

Educate patients and their families about procedures risks and postprocedure care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

Qualifications:

Degree in physician assistant studies from an accredited program.

Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Vermont.

At least 1 year of experience in interventional radiology or a related field preferred.

Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform minor procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to providing compassionate and patientcentered care.
