Were looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper operation of our manufacturing shipping and packaging machines. In this role youll be responsible for routine preventive maintenance diagnosing issues and escalating service needs to keep our production running efficiently. If you have at least 3 years of maintenance experience in a fastpaced manufacturing environment we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Were looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper operation of our manufacturing shipping and packaging machines. In this role youll be responsible for routine preventive maintenance diagnosing issues and escalating service needs to keep our production running efficiently. If you have at least 3 years of maintenance experience in a fastpaced manufacturing environment we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize downtime.
- Use diagnostic tools to determine repair needs.
- Communicate with the Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager about machine status.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure all safety measures and machine guards are in place.
- Assist in machine setup and inspections.
- Keep records of machine performance and maintenance activities.
- Work with various equipment including:
- Rewinder Slitter Sealer Baggers Bailers Chop Saw Air Compressor Stretchwrap machine and more.
- Identify and report potential machine issues or material concerns.
Requirements: - 3 years of maintenance experience in production or manufacturing.
- Ability to use hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office preferred).
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Capable of lifting up to 65 lbs and working in various conditions.
