Project Overview:
Candidate with six plus years of experience in Android platform development is required for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop Android framework interfaces and services for Linux containers.
2. Customize Android layers (audio video graphics camera) and integrate with Head unit applications.
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to bring productbased design concepts.
4. Work with global teams and product owners to integrate customercentric Android apps in Car multimedia.
5. Quickly learn Embedded Android and Linux technologies for fullstack Android development.
Key Skills:
Mandatory Skill:
AOSP Android framework and services (Multimedia Camera)
Android HAL graphics pipeline DRM Codecs
Linux Kernel configuration for Android container and VMbased solutions
Hardware abstraction layers in Android/Linux
Programming: C/C Java/Kotlin Linux
Git CI/CD workflow
Agile project experience
Personal Skills:
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting
Excellent organizational time management and multitasking skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Personal initiative commitment perseverance and resilience
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skill:
Experience with automotivegrade Android platforms
Knowledge of automotive protocols (e.g. CAN LIN Ethernet)
Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g. Python C#
Certification in Android or related technologies
