We are High Performance Real Estate Advisors (HPREA) a team of specialists out of the Keller Williams Ballantyne Area office serving real estate sellers buyers and investors in the Greater Charlotte Area and Upstate South Carolina. HPREA is the #1 real estate team in one of the top Keller Williams offices in the entire world.

We GUARANTEE that posttraining you will make at least $80000 as a Lead Agent with High Performance Real Estate Advisors. As a matter of fact we are so confident that if you dont make at least that amount in your first full year on the Team we will cut you a check for the difference!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a stellar Lead Agent to join our team! We are expecting a motivated selfstarter who enjoys helping people and will assist them in navigating through the homeselling and homebuying process. The Lead Agent is responsible for assisting several seller/buyer clients at a time. If you are great at building relationships prioritizing tasks and managing your time well WE WANT YOU!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointments
  • Manage all leads in contact database system; set and complete tasks in the system track all client communications
  • Identify homes that meet prospective buyers home search criteria schedule showings help them to refine their criteria
  • Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home selling/buying process
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods
  • Write and submit offers on behalf of clients effectively negotiate offers and work with clients to get that property under contract

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicants for this position will have NC and SC Real Estate licenses
  • Minimum 1 year real estate experience with proven sales record
  • Must be a TEAM player motivated and personable

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills strong sales mentality and negotiating ability
  • Be organized resourceful detailoriented and focus on outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
