Job Description

Equativ is a Global Ad Platform with an advanced suite of vertically integrated products designed to fulfill the needs of advertisers at scale. Our product offering ranges from Publisher AdServer SSP DSP Curation platform and Media solutions.

Within the CSO group the Advanced TV team is focused on the strategic development of our CTV product offerings across our platform technology and our media monetisation business. Equativ is looking for a strategic commercial lead to join this Team as the Director ATV Enterprise Partnerships in the DACH region.

In this role you will lead the strategic go to market of Equativs ATV media monetisation in the DACH region to drive revenue and growth through agencies in the region and representing key partnerships with commercial sales and business development to agencies and advertisers.

Key responsibilities:

    • Establish and oversee the GTM strategy for ATV demand side business development via strategic initiatives including presales value propositions prospecting delivery and customer satisfaction to drive ATV advertising revenues in the region for Equativs key partnerships
    • Deliver the revenue target on a quarterly baseFull ownership of market specific Equativ strategic publisher CTV partnership
    • Own full reporting on ATV/CTV to country Managing Director
    • Support programmatic sales team in expending CTV partnerships
    • Smart TV/CTV advertising business development partner engagement and support.
    • Build up manage and execute a pipeline of new business
    • Be an ambassador for Equativ within the local media industry.
    • Define target markets/verticals lead generation processes and pipelines.
    • Document interactions and followups in Salesforce and other internal tools.
    • Securing and conducting onsite sales meetings with agencies and advertisers.
    • Running and overseeing the full sales lifecycle for your prospective and recurring clients
    • Liaise with the Client Services team to build custom campaigns for premium ATV programmatic activity and support revenue growth.
    • Develop a very good understanding of the programmatic ATV marketplace Equativ products including the operations of the Maestro curation platform.
    • Build strong relationships with buyers through regular meetings calls provision of inventory reports and recommendations.
    • Support includes generation of GTM approach demand/supply synergy local market insight and sales support in conjunction with the wider ATV team

Experience/Background:

    • 7 years of experience in agency business development for SSP DSP Publisher data companies or similar organisations within the media industry
    • Established relationships with decision makers within the ecosystem of Agencies Publishers and monetisation Platforms
    • Experience collaborating across Sales Account Management Product Marketing and Business teams
    • Ability to partner at senior levels of media organisations and manage key stakeholders on all sides of a business relationship
    • Selfstarter with the ability to manage and drive projects and execute on objectives
    • Desire to work in a changing fastpaced scale up business
    • Excellent communication skills presenting questioning and listening in all business environments
    • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
