RequiredEducation: Bachelors degree in relevant field and 5 years Development experience in Microsoft 365 Power Platform including Dataverse and Azure SQL (will consider experience in lieu of degree)
Required Skills: Knowledge of SharePoint Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power BI Power Pages and MS Teams)
DesiredSkills: Dataverse SharePoint Online MS Azure SQL CSS HTML Power Automate Visual Studio Adobe Visio Excel Access PowerPoint and familiar with Agile Software Development processes
PositionDescription
Responsible for the development and daytoday maintenance and enhancements of the Microsoft applications for the Customer environments. Strategize design and implement tools and applications to provide enhancements new functionality and overall ease of use with all of the Software applications. Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology version control appropriate testing and risk guidelines. Acts as an internal expert in terms of the assigned system and is responsible for knowing and recording changes to the base system. Plays a critical role in delivering highquality customer service and support to various levels of internal users. Conducts technical and analytical work in developing designing and/or analyzing technical solutions performing needs assessments and managing product lifecycle for client
PrimaryResponsibilities
Delivering services and solutions for clients using Microsofts PowerApps Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Automate SharePoint Microsoft Teams custom development and data integrations.
Act as a technical liaison for CRM and integrated applications.
Provide handson technical expertise to perform needs assessments and design and implement Power Platformbased solutions satisfying customer requirements by applying problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Identify and implement areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement outputs will include data visualization and low code applications
Create and maintain custom dashboards models power app components and integration with thirdparty services and external APIs.
Help guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics Power Apps Power Automate Azure and Azure SQL).
Use various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications.
Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle.
Adept at crafting Power Apps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge to both prodevelopers and citizen developers.
Partner with crossfunction technology and design teams to ensure consistent positive client interaction and solution delivery.
Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards best practices and trends.
