Job Title:Social Worker Children with Disabilities Team
Location: Coventry
Rate: 33.30 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Childrens Social Worker to join Coventrys Children with Disabilities Service. This is a great opportunity to be part of a closeknit team.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will be responsible for undertaking assessments for children with disabilities and complex needs. You will lead plans for children with disabilities and complex needs ensuring the implementation monitoring and reviewing of these plans within multiagency meetings. Developing effective working partnerships with families carers and significant others is key to this role.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have postqualified experience.
