Job Description
NEEDED: Radiology (XRay) Technologist
LOCATION: 2600 South 2nd Street Pekin IL 61554
IMPORTANT:Candidates who wish to be considered for this opportunity must submit proof of qualifications.
- Updated Resume
- Copy of Rad Tech License/ARRT
- Copy of current BLS (If currently applicable)
STATUS: PRN
SCHEDULE:Eight 8 hours per week Monday Friday between 7:00 am 5:00 pm; excluding Federal holidays.
REQUIREMENTS:
- US Citizen
- Must be American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certified.
- (Preferred) two 2 years of hospital experience or two 2 years of ambulatory care experience.
DESCRIPTION:
- Diagnostic / screening radiologic services to inmates identified by clinical staff as needed.
- Perform taking and processing xray studies though the CR imaging system as clinically needed.
- Pertinent patient information will be documented and will be entered as needed and as required.
- Retrieve maintain file and monitor all reports and results.
- Participate in management assessment and Improving Organization Performance studies as required by the Bureau of Prisons standards.
