ASPIRE is a Rochewide business transformation program that aims to deliver bestinsuite usercentric digital solutions for Roche that will help manage our company as efficiently as possible. At the center of ASPIRE is the One Roche Enterprise the future of our current enterprise landscape. ASPIRE is cocreating one harmonized process house across the Roche enterprise with SAP S/4HANA at its core a technology that will replace Roches existing and soon outdated SAP local and regional systems. By following a template approach within SAP available to all Roche entities around the globe our core business processes will become more integrated simplified harmonized and scalable.
As the ASPIRE OCM/Communications Lead you have overall accountability for leading a wide array of change management and communication activities. This complex highly visible role will require a proven background in leading change management communication and user adoption initiatives on other customer facing largescale technology implementation projects. This project requires outstanding leadership skills and experience with change management training strategies deployment strategies employee engagement and large scale global user adoption of new technology. In this role you will provide oversight guidance and support to workstream leads and deployment teams to ensure appropriate communication vehicles are provided to ensure the success of the ASPIRE deployment. This role will be part of the ASPIRE Indianapolis Megasite (Wave 5b) Lead Team.
The Opportunity
Responsible for the the design development and implementation of the deployment OCM/Communications strategy in line with the overall OCM and communications strategy of the program to improve employee engagement and information while minimizing resistance
Identify and ensure delivery of Wave OCM & Communications approach and activities and report KPIs to Wave Deployment Lead
Champion the change control process for the deployment (e.g. schedule scope budget) and ensure that it maps accordingly to global ASPIRE change control processes
Coordinate and guide OCM Coordinators along with overseeing and coordinating efforts of all OCM projects in strong collaboration with the Change Impact Lead
Together with the Wave Training Lead ensure close collaboration for OCM & Training across the wave
Ensures that project steps are in alignment with customer expectations and objectives delivered on time within budget and according to ASPIRE project standards and methods
Communicates with various stakeholder groups on local regional and global levels as required
Responsible for Risk Assumption Issue and Decisions (RAID) management
Manage development and of communications materials such as email announcements promotional materials articles newsletters; ensures and maintains a coherent approach and messaging across the wave
Partner with the Wave and Local Deployment Leads and Change Impact Lead to develop stakeholder outreach and engagement efforts to generate awareness understanding buyin and support.
Who You Are
Bachelors or advanced degree in related specialization areas
Proven experience in change management in a clientfacing environment
10 years experience leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagements
Strong OCM/Communication skills and proven leadership in running successful change management initiatives
Excellent knowledge in commercial business processes policies and programs finance and IT systems related systems
Demonstrated ability to successfully direct coordinate and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activities
Strength in process improvement approaches tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Preferred Experience:
Roche Commercial or Operations experience
Experience in large IT Service Management Projects
Project Management and/or Change Management Certifications
Experience with enterprise systems implementations preferably SAP
Experience in Agile Project Methodology
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization
Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership on considerable change efforts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills
Fluent English language skills both written and spoken
Ability to work across multiple international time zones
Selfdriven adaptable and resilient with a growth mindset ; willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment and have the ability to build and maintain business relationships
Locations
You are local to Indianapolis Indiana. Relocation benefits are not available for this position. This role is primarily onsite.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $98700
and $218400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other jobrelated factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
