- Present and sell needed products and or services to the customer in a professional manner while adhering to the manufacturers published maintenance schedule and requirements
- Build rapport with the customer to promote customer satisfaction and customer retention
- Greet customers in a timely friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information
- Advise customers on the care and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers specifications
- Generate and provide customer with a complete and accurate estimate of repair
- Establish and communicate completion time of repair with customer and technician
- Follow prescribed procedures for customer post followup
- Have the ability to be an active listener and effectively communicate
- Only experienced service advisors will be considered
- General Motors & CDK experience a plus!
- Must possess a valid Florida drivers license
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a preemployment drug test
- Absolute honesty and integrity
- A clean wellgroomed and professional appearance
- An upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
- A strong reliable and punctual work ethic
- Possess a sense of urgency
- Willingness and ability to learn proven processes
